A boldly utilitarian antique pushcart cupboard retaining its original layers of vivid, distressed paint, now fully cleaned and waxed to preserve the surface and stabilise the finish.

Dating to the early 20th century and made from solid pine, with a tray-top surface above two locking doors opening to a single internal shelf and flanked by arms which lift up into place so the unit can be easily wheeled into position.

With its raw, hardwearing presence and richly worn paint, built for function, now full of sculptural character, it would work perfectly in a traditional or modern rustic setting, ideal for the home or retail, equally at home as a bar, console or statement sideboard.

Presented in very good antique condition. Structurally solid and perfectly functional with heavy surface wear consistent with a century of real-world use. Clean and ready to place in the home or retail setting.
