Description
Circa 1870, French walnut and kingwood ormolu mounted bureau. With top in walnut with kingwood banding, it has a bombe shaped flap with cast brass escutcheon. Inside it is fitted with various drawers with gilded Rococo handles, and beneath are serpentine shaped drawers. The gables are cross banded, and the cabriole legs have cast and ormolu sabots beneath.Size 109 cm high x 70 cm wide x 51 cm deep
