A Superb Satinwood Bonheur Du Jour. In exceptional and original condition, this lovely piece stands on square tapered and inlaid legs with brass feet. Above is a single frieze drawer with original handles and sliding writing surface, lined with its original purple velvet. The upper section with five oak lined drawers and a bookshelf, all constructed to the highest standard and beautifully inlaid with ovals of flame mahogany and with satinwood panels to the sides. 1320mm high, 780mm wide and 510mm deep. English. Circa 1890.
