A Rare And Unusual Dutch Copper Money Box c1770

Description
A very unusual and rare Dutch copper money box. The money box dates to circa 1770 and has a chain mail sock within the casket and beneath the coin slot designed to prevent any covert or underhand attempts at extracting money. The box when closed would have been secured with a padlock. An interesting collectors piece in very good antique condition. Dutch origin.Dimension - The height is 19.5cm and the depth is 14.5cm.

1)Small items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, next day delivery. Larger items can be sent by arrangement. Due to Covid-19 there may be some delay with deliveries.
