Description

This is a Pair of Early Victorian Silver Sugar Tongs with Kings Pattern decoration to the arms and shell cups, assayed in Newcastle.

Made by Silversmith John Walton and Hallmarked in the Newcastle Assay office in 1846 which includes a young Victoria duty mark.

The sugar tongs weigh 55g and measure 152 mm long.

The sugar tongs are in excellent condition with no damage.
Items purchased after the 15th of May 2025 will not be posted until 14th June 2025
