Description

This is a Wolfers Freres Belgium Silver Pill Box. The box has a decorative basket weave design with a gilt wash interior.

Made by Silversmith Wolfers Freres and marked with the three, five pointed stars within a triangle, Hallmarked in Germany with the crescent moon and crown (believed to be an import mark) and the silver grade 800/1000.

The stars within a triangle is a Masonic symbol that represents Work, Honor and Family and was used between 1892-1942.

The box is in good condition with no damage.

The box weighs 31g and measures 40mm in diameter and 25mm high.
