A lovely pair of mahogany wall mirrors in the Chippendale taste.American, by the Paine Furniture Co of Boston MA. Mid 20th century in date.
With an attractive grain pattern to the mahogany and details of oval inlay and boxwood lining, classical urn and broken swan neck pediment this pair of mirrors make quite a statement, not withstanding their size at just over a metre in height.
Presented in good overall vintage condition. Very decorative with minimal evidence of previous use and minor misting of the mirrored glass.
