Description

A superb French 2nd Empire cherry wood dining table with bread board and drawer, attractive fluted frieze, raised on elegant sabre legs. This generously proportioned table will comfortably seat 14.
The colour and patina of the 5 plank top with cleated ends is rich and mellow. The condition is good, there has been a historic repair to a very tiny area on the top, this has been very well done and is hard to detect. There is a short split to one of the legs, again this is minor and does not affect the stability, strength or appearance of the table. We have tried to show these in the photographs. A stunning French farmhouse table to add impact to the kitchen or dining room and perfect for entertaining.
