Description
A fine early to mid 18thC carved antique oak angel that once adorned a hammerbeam roof, most probably originating from a church. Originally pegged in to position. The back shows original holes where the pegs would have been sited.Condition - Good colour. Minor surface wear commensurate with age. Loss to finger tips - please see all images. Sourced locally within Norfolk from a private collection.
