Victorian Treen Pipe Tamper In The Form Of A Leg

Description
A Victorian carved wooden pipe tamper in the form of a leg wearing a boot.As can be seen in the pictures the pipe tamper is in good condition with fine carving.
At the end there is a brass pin and a hole where I assume another pin was affixed, I do not know the purpose of these, possibly a later attachment of a seal or a mount.
The leg measures approximately 3 inches (7.5 cm)long.
