20th century Chinese white metal casket of rectangular form with elaborate overall embossed decoration to four sides, centred with Chaturbhuja on foliate ground surrounded by eight Buddhist auspicious symbols to the hinged lid, with confronting dragons and temple lions on chrysanthemum decorated ground to the front and with phoenix and mythical beast masks to the sides, incised decorated with stylised character mark on lotus base to the back.
