French Empire Gilt Bronze Clock

Description
We are selling this highly decorative French Empire gilt bronze and marble mantle clock. At one side stands a pretty maiden gazing at a small cherub. Both standing on a white marble base. Bronze swags decorate the base of the clock with a beaded edge around the marble.We believe the movement has been changed in the 19th Century as it reads Medaille D'Argent La Marti et Co 1889.
Height 17 inches with width being 16 inches.
