Late Victorian oak knee hole desk dating from around 1890. The desk top has a adjustable lid work / reading slope . With a green and gilt tooled leather liner. There are four graduated drawers to each side with a top middle drawer all with brass handles . The desk is likely Scottish made, as all the brass drawer locks have a Edinbugh maker stamp. The desk will not split down, though all drawers can be removed,DateLate Victorian :
