Description

This is a striking and rather unusual Victorian Bristol blue glass apothecary bottle. The cylindrical Bristol blue glass body with a white porcelain shield-shaped label heightened in red enamel and gilt. The label with Latin inscriptions "Syr. Limonis" meaning Lemon syrup. Fitted with an associated faceted clear glass stopper.
