Description

This elegant George V silver jewellery box is dated Chester 1922 and was made by James Clark & John Sewell. Of oval form, the engine-turned hinged cover with a vacant circular reserve. The plain sides with four cabriole legs. The hinged lid opening to reveal a gilt inner lid and a navy blue velvet interior.
Brown textured leather underside.

Date letter "W" for 1922.
