Description

This is a gorgeous and unusual 19th Century French ormulu mounted white opaline glass scent bottle. The baluster glass body with elaborate ormulu shoulders. The conforming bronze dore hinged lid inset with a blue stone. Mounted on a wirework stand applied with ormulu leaves. The hinged lid opening to reveal the original clear glass stopper. Palais Royal scent bottles are very sought-after and this is a beautiful example.

Height: 11.5cm / 4.5 inches.
Base : 5cm / 2 inches.
