Description

This unusual and rather delightful Victorian silver swan pin cushion bears the marks of Levi & Salaman and is dated Birmingham 1899. The body with detailed plumage rests on an oval silver base. The eyes inset with green stones, a rare and exquisite detail. The original cushion finished in pink velvet.

L&S for Levi & Salaman.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "z" for 1899.

Condition:

Very good.
Body in excellent condition.
