Description

'Vanessa', designed by Hilary Rosenthal in 1966 for Bernard Wardle, England. Won a Cotton Board design award. Furnishing cotton, width 121cm pattern repeat 22cm.screen printed.( you can see the overlays quite clearly, which adds to its handmade like quality. Condition is good, although there are a few tiny white spaces where the dye has not taken up- please see photo for this). There are 12 metres available- and the price quoted is for one metre. There is an example of this design in the Victoria and Albert museum, London.

We welcome visits to our 3000 sq ft warehouse in Norwich (postcode NR18 9PX), but please ask first as this is by appointment only. If travelling by train , we can meet you at Norwich Station or more locally, Wymondham Station.
