A very fine quality Patek Philippe gentleman's 18 K gold full hunter pocket watch. A top wind mechanism to the lever escapement mechanism. 18 K marks to the case inner and signed 'Patek Philippe & Co Geneve. Case serial numbers 53541. An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and gilt hands. Subsidiary seconds dial.
