A French inlaid mantel clock by A & N of Paris. A rosewood case of good colour with marquetry inlaid front and sides. Rococo style cast mounts to the case. An enamel dial with raised Roman numerals and blued steel hands. A well cast gilt dial bezel surround with convex bevelled glass. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong signed A & N Paris with matching numbered pendulum.. Circa 1890.
