A French brass cased striking carriage clock of smaller proportions. An enamel dial with blued steel hands and black Roman numerals. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement visible throuigh the oval top glass. The original travelling box. Circa 1895.
