Description

A 1960s Patek Philippe 18K gold wristwatch. A silvered dial with a light matte finish. Applied gold batons, circling the dial - doubled at 12 o'clock. Thin 'stick' style hands indicate the hours and minutes. A printed script, 'Patek Philippe, Geneve' below 12 o'clock.

A slim 18k gold case of a square form with a flat bezel. The case is of excellent design, with lugs extending from the central body rather than the edges. The case back shows a contrasting brushed finish, as opposed to the highly polished main case. A Patek Philippe winding crown. Case reference 3430.

This watch is powered by an exceptionally high quality 18 jewel Patek Philippe caliber 23 300, manual wind mechanism. This mechanism is often regarded as one of the best manual wind mechanisms ever produced. This watch is dated to circa 1960.
