Description

This a delightful Edwardian rosewood inlaid miniature long case mantel clock. The body is inlaid with wheat sheaf and has two turned columns to either side capped with corinthian capitals.
The base has further inlay and stands on bracket feet. The top has a lovely silvered dial in original condition with blue hands. The hood has further inlay with a downward swept roof.
The back has a round brass cover revealing the mechanism. I have had this clock recently serviced by a clock dealer from one of our antique fairs so I know it works well and keeps good time. It come with it's original key. This is a real delight and seems strange to call it a long case clock.
