Description
An attractive Victorian brass and oak paper rack by Samuel Hall & Sons of Birmingham. There are two main sections each with a brass frame with brass lattice work grille. There is a brass arch carrying handle to the centre.The upper brass work is attached to a golden oak platform which sits on a triform brass rotating base terminating in ball feet. To the underside the rotating mechanism is stamped Hall BM.
