Description
A Edwardian mahogany blind fret bookcase/display cabinet. The top has two glass doors and glass sides for maximum display. Around all the glass is a bead decoration. There is a band of blind fret just below the moulded cornice. Each door has a rococo handle with the right having a working lock and key.The base has two serpentine blind fret drawers again with rococo handles. The drawers have solid mahogany linings. It stands on four tapering legs terminating with block feet.
There is an additional shelf below joining all the legs together for strength. The bookcase comes in two pieces for ease of transportation.
