Description

Rare fine Mahogany George III period mahogany serpentine gentleman’s dressing chest.
The top drawer fitted with variously sized lidded boxes and open compartments, with central mirror which has its original plate and hinged strut, below this is a secret compartment. The drawer has a brushing slide with its an original baize , this has a lovely smooth action.
The three lower drawers with oak linings and brass back plated swan neck handles . The front with carved returned fluted columns. Standing on beautiful swept out feet . Circa 1775
