Description

A superb Gillows regency Goncola Alves leather top writing table. This piece oozes quality, but you would expect nothing else from Gillows. The leather is in perfect condition. It has one frieze drawer with two divisions and brass fretted handles .
A superb turned stretcher with elongated tulips. The two lyre ends are of the finest quality with carving to match. It was only the likes of Gillows that were using this type of timber as it very expensive and rare . It is stamped very faintly to the drawer. This is a fine quality table and would look good in any room.
