Antique George III oak eight day longcase clock having a well proportioned oak longcase with a painted enamel dial depicting pretty roses in bloom, elegantly designed hands, an 8 day duration striking on the hours on a bell. The case has good detail with canted corners to the base, a book matched trunk door with shaped edge and an attractive shaped decorated panel below the swan neck pediment. John Kent of Salford , Manchester was working from 1804 and is listed in Clock and Watchmakers of the World book by Loomes.In wonderful original condition in full working order.

This warranty includes mechanical failures, but does not include damage caused by improper use, tampering, environmental damage or physical damage. If your clock has a genuine defect that satisfies the conditions of the warranty and is within the warranty period we will, at our discretion and without cost to you, complete the necessary replacement of parts and/or rectify a fault or action any repair as identified by a fully trained horologist. In the unlikely event that a repair is not successful a full refund will be offered.
