Ships Lamp - Famous Henry Wilson Maker - c1870

A very interesting ships lamp from the workshops of the co-founder of the famous White Star Line.

This rare and interesting piece is provided in good general condition with original glass. It is marked 'Henry Wilson & Co, Cornhill, Liverpool'

The lamp benefits from having a new electrical fitting inside which means that the piece accepts a standard bayonet bulb. It has new cable and plug and is ready to use as a fabulous item of historic interest and would work in a range of locations.

Overall a superb lamp which would look magnificent in a private home but are equally suitable for a commercial environment. A lovely item for any collection.
