Description

This elegant William IV mahogany chest of drawers boats a rich, well-figured mahogany, the chest boasts a warm, lustrous patina developed over nearly two centuries.

The chest features a rectangular top resting above a configuration of two short drawers over four graduated long drawers. Each drawer is constructed with hand-dovetailed joints and retaining their original locks and turned wooden knobs.

The piece stands solid on a plinth base.

The drawers are spacious, providing ample storage, and they function well, reflecting the enduring quality of traditional cabinetmaking.
