Digsmed 'Lazy Susan' Nibbles Dishes and Revolving Tray

This is a solid teak rotating tray which holds 6 grey smoked glass dishes, designed for serving snacks and dips. It was made by Danish company Digsmed in the 1960s or early 1970s.

Digsmed was a small Danish design company who produced a variety of quality teak and glass products including spice racks and serving dishes, collaborating with Holmegaard Glassworks to produce the glass elements. Their products are highly regarded and sought after, not least because the company closed in 1975, and continue to look contemporary and stylish in spite of their 50+ years of use.

The Lazy Susan has the Digsmed name and logo underneath, and each bowl is marked with 'Made in Denmark'.

This example is in perfect condition - there are no chips or cracks in the glass, and the wood is without marks or dents. The teak has been cleaned and oiled and is a beautiful colour. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
