Description
19th Century French kingwood freestanding inlaid and ormolu mounted center / side table, the shaped top with ormolu decoration running along the edge, the center of the top inlaid with floral marquetry on an ebonised background, with a shaped frieze below running along the front, sides and back decorated with ormolu beading, the frieze is also inlaid with floral marquetry on an ebonised background, the table has a single frieze drawer at the front, supported on four slender cabriole legs decorated with ormolu beading, with each leg decorated with a lovely quality ormolu mount of a cherub.36 1/2" x 24" x 29" high.
