Description

An exceptional quality early 20th Century elm dresser base, the moulded edge rectangular top having a lovely elm grain, above four oak lined drawers with original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons, the dresser decorated with fluted stiles between each drawer which carries down to the top of the turned legs, with a moulded edge running across the centre, the shaped frieze with cock beading broken into four sections, supported on eight baluster turned legs united with planked potboard with a moulded edge terminating on turned feet. Circa 1920.
