Description

Early 20th Century satinwood kidney shaped desk in the Hepplewhite style, the shaped top with a green leather insert decorated with blind tooling, the desk having a selection of seven mahogany lined drawers all with original brass ring handles, supported on eight slender carved and turned legs ending with brass castors. This lovely quality piece has everything going for it, there are carved ribbons, fluting, and delicate carved mouldings, the satinwood has a nice warm glow to it. Circa 1910
