Description
A fabulous freestanding 19th Century carved oak writing / occasional table, having a lovely figured shaped top with a carved moulded edge, an oak lined frieze drawer below which is profusely carved all around, incorporating lions heads on the corners and a grotesque mask as a handle and various carved floral decoration, the bottom of the top decorated with various carved finials, supported on carved bold columns terminating on carved dolphins united by a finely carved stretcher. Circa 1880.36” x 21 1/2” x 29 1/2” high
