An elegant, elaborately carved set of six Victorian rosewood dining chairs of excellent quality.

c1850.

Stuffed serpentine shaped seats, over carved and cabriole forelegs, with sabre back supports.

Lovely rich warm deep colour, and wonderful figuring to the rosewood.

Upholstered to a very high standard using traditional methods. The fabric is a burgundy red with a raised floral pattern, which is used and in very good condition.

All chairs are in excellent antique condition, very solid, sturdy and strong, with minor expected signs of age and use.
