An elegant French Louis XV style kingwood centre table of excellent quality.

C1880.

The serpentine shaped table has a single drawer to one side, with the original lock.

Cross-banding to the top, with exquisite gilt-metal mounts throughout.

Standing on elegant cabriole supports.

A very versatile item, great as a centre hall table, or an ideal height and size for a dressing table.

Lovely un-touched original patina to the wood and metal.

In excellent original antique condition. Having general but minor signs of age and use. Minor shrinkage to a very small part of the kingwood veneer, shown in the pictures, but as you can see only very minor.

Very sturdy and strong.
