A very stylish Art Deco solid oak bureau.

c.1930.

Having a drop-front that opens to reveal a quality fitted interior, with an arrangement of two drawers with ebonised turned handles, surmounted by various sized compartments and pigeon holes.

The writing surface is good quality tan leather with attractive silver tooling and Greek-key motif. This is newly fitted so has not been used.

Over three long graduating drawers, with oak linings, and stylish original oak and chrome handles.

All the drawers open smoothly and are solid, strong and sturdy.

Standing on the original square section reeded feet.

The oak is a lovely rich honey colour.

In excellent antique condition, having general signs of use consistent with age.

Solid, sturdy and strong throughout.

The dimensions are taken at highest, widest and deepest points.

Height-99.5cm. Height to the underside of the fall-front-68.5cm.

Depth-43cm.
