Description

This is a Solid Walnut Arts & Crafts sideboard c1880-1900.  This wonderful solid walnut example is raised upon small bracket feet with a pair of lower doors with fielded panels and the lower panels having the famous Arts & Crafts sunflower motif carved into them.  To each side of the doors there is a reeded moulding decoration with the drawers being stepped out on a quadrant section.  The reeded moulding continues to each side of the drawers with the each drawer having gadroon carving to each side of the handles.  The top edge has a large thumb nail moulding then small concave quadrant moulding.  A lovely small piece that would make a great bar or tv stand.
