Description

This is an Antique late Victorian Mahogany Bedside Cabinet or Pot Cupboard c1890-1910.  It is raised on a stylised bracket base with shaped front frieze.  The door hinges on the right hand side and has a single shelf inside.  The main door has wonderful carving and it retains its original brass fittings as well as clearly being of superior quality.  The top edge has a quadrant moulding with acanthus leaf carving to each side of the back rail making it look like it has ears and is so cute.
