Bear snuffboxA delightful and highly unusual table snuff in the form of a sleeping bear. Carved in solid burr birch with charming snouted face, brass pin eyes and simple gouge carved ears.
The underside reveals an original brass hinged lid and later steel locking catch. Swedish, mid 19th century. 13.5 cm long
