Two rare vintage chillums made of rosewood with brass screens.

Chillums are tapered conical smoking pipes with completely hollow channels used for smoking tobacco or cannabis. They are believed to have originated in India and were first recorded in England in the late 18th century. Traditionally chillums have been used in spiritual context and were mostly used by Hindu monks or sages. Both chillums are in very good conditon.

Price shown is for the pair, however these can be purchased individually.
