A totally original 19th century Lancashire spindle back rocking chair by Robert Simpson of Lancaster, 1848-1887. Name impressed into back leg see picture. Made in Elm and Ash woods with a rush seat. Very comfortable and well balanced rocking action. Beautiful patina and colour. 42" high x 22" wide x 30" deep. Lovely original condition.UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED IN PRICE.
