Description

A great example of an early Edwardian mahogany sideboard. This super quality piece dates from 1910 and was retailed by Kendal Milne of Manchester, this was more than likely produced by wareing and Gillows of Lancaster who manufactured furniture for them. The sideboard has wonderfully deep carvings to the end cupboards, it stands on cabriolle legs with carved knees, in wonderful condition. Has a cutlery drawer on the left hand side and a leaded drawer which would have been used for bottles on the right hand side. The two doors to the centre open with no division and a very useful space is exposed.
