We have for sale a rather stunning arts and crafts copper charger.

This very striking round copper charger is decorated in repose with a deep and very crisp art nouveau floral design to the rim interspaced by three soufflé glazed yellow green Ruskin roundels around a beautifully planished centre. The charger is unsigned but most probably dates to somewhere around 1900-1910 when the inclusion of Ruskin roundels in arts and crafts copperware became highly fashionable.

The charger is 12.5 inches (32cm) in diameter and is in an excellent condition other than the accumulation of polish one would expect from a piece of copper ware of this period
