We have for sale a decorative late Victorian mahogany inlaid arts and crafts armchair.

This unusual Victorian arts and crafts mahogany inlaid chair has a very striking back consisting five central cross banded details extending to very unusual turned spindles, the back supports then extend to form the back legs. The chair has turned front legs and these extend upwards to support the recently reupholstered seat and the out-swept, inlaid arms. The legs are supported by two turned stretchers to the front, paired plain stretchers to each side and a single plain stretcher to the back.

The chair is approximately 41 inches (104cm) high, 20.25 (51.5cm) inches wide at its widest point and 18 (45.7) inches deep. This chair is in a very good to excellent antique condition with only the surface wear one would expect from a 130 or so year old piece of antique furniture.
