Description

We have for sale the perfect gift, an attractive arts and crafts Liberty and Co Tudric pewter tankard.

The tankard is of a planished tapered form with a loop handle. The base is marked Tudric Pewter and numbered 01238. The tankard dates to somewhere around 1910

The tankard is 4 inches (10.2cm) high and 4 inches (10.2cm) in diameter to the base and is in a good antique condition with the patina of accumulated oxidation in the hammered surface one would expect in a piece of pewter of this age which enhances the planishing resulting in a very attractive finish. However, there is a small bruise to the right of the handle.
