Description

A very pretty small regulator in a two door transitional case, rosewood veneered throughout with satin wood to the scalloped door edges and backboard.

The shaped pediment to the sliding hood is scalloped and full depth, nice proportions with very good detail, our cabinet maker suggested it was a limited production item due to the amount of work put into it.

A one piece dial 5" dia, set in a pie crust bezel, with a half round steel pendulum rod, double sided pendulum bob, 4 spoke pulley and a small dia barrel.
The movement hooks on to the rear mount which has fine turned pillars, dead beat escapement.

One of the prettiest clocks of its type we have seen, the case has been lightly restored.
