Fine quality Victorian corkscrew with a turned bone handle. The tempered steel worm has the Henshall button (invented by the Rev Samual Henshall and Matthew Bolton of Birmingham in 1795, to facilitate the opening of corked bottles)A handsome corkscrew in extremely good condition. Circa 1880
