Antique Brass Hatpin Stand / Ring Holder c.1890

Description
With it's original emerald green velvet, pale green Peridot inset to the top and the shamrock shaped shape to the holder, I wander if this English made combined hatpin holder and ring tree was made for the Irish market.The stand is made from brass and the base is weighted with an iron insert.
Victorian in era, it remains in excellent condition. 3 3/4" x 2 5/8" x 5 3/4" tall.
